Slavin Monument

Description

Memorial opened in 1960 dedicated to the Soviet Soldiers who died in the Battle of Bratislava in April 1945. Fine views, statues and beautiful gardens mean it has been visited by many, including Vladamir Putin during his 2005 meeting with George W Bush.
